Epoxy resin prepreg DMD
Composition:
Epoxy-resin Prepreg DMD is a three- layer flexible composite material, consisting of PET film covered on both sides with non-woven fabric(some call this fabric dacron or flece), and is lacquered on both sides with an expoxy resin in F class.
Properties:
Epoxy-resin Prepreg DMD has high electrical and mechanical strength and shows good adhesive properties against metallic surfaces.
It has sound dielectrically property and mechanical property. It is compatible with most gels, resins and varnishes. When cured to C-stage in moderate temperature, it will firmly adhere on the surfaces of copper or aluminum metals, without producing any small molecular volatiles.
Application:
Epoxy-resin Prepreg DMD is suitable for layer insulation of copper foil or aluminums foil on low-tension coils of dry-type transformers as well as suitable for slot and turn-to-turn insulation of B-class and F-class motors and electrical appliances.
Store:
Products in use process, can't into the water, solvent, grease and other impurities, shou ld be kept dry, clean on,and room temperature,dry and well- ventilated environment.
